I started attending Kris's classes almost 7 years ago. 4 years ago I moved from Tucson to California and had to stop classes. Then due to the pandemic and the advent of ZOOM classes, I was back in class. My Subscription allows me to view the videos at any time. This is especially valuable to me because of my work schedule. Kris gives plenty of instruction and modifications if necessary. I would highly recommend subscribing!
I'm a long distance Thru-Hiker and getting my core and leg muscles in tune is key. Kore Fitness gave me the tools and knowledge needed to succeed on the trail. Very professional and in my budget.
Kris has helped me on several occasions with balance, knee, neck, and shoulder issues I've had. She is patient, willing to demonstrate how to do remedial exercises correctly, and willing to suggest what kinds of therapies work best to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. As an older adult with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I am grateful for all the help she has given me to remain active.
My first Pilates class with Kris Harris was 7 years ago when I weighed 226lbs. I was so afraid of being the gym class loser again but she was patient & kind modifying each move according to my fitness level. As my confidence grew my fitness level increased. Then she introduced me to HIIT which changed the course of my life. I tapped into my inner athlete with her encouragement & guidance. I always felt better after our sessions than when I first walked in. For the first time in years I felt alive, vibrant, sexy & confident in my body. Not only did I I lose 80lbs I became a certified personal trainer at age 45. I have a brand new career, mindset & outlook on life which all began with Kris pointing me in the direction of my true self.
I have worked with Kris Harris for approximately two years as my personal trainer and have also attended some of her classes. I have found her to be very professional and very pleasant to work with.
She created a program for my needs and during that time I have seen great improvement in my balance, strength, and mobility. She is very knowledgeable in her field and I would highly recommend her.
I started my pilates training with Kris about a year ago and this is the most consistent I have been with my workouts in a long time. She is patient and supportive but also encourages me to go outside my comfort zone in a productive way. I have an ankle injury that impacted my balance/stability and was very stressful. With Kris's help, I continue to see imrpovement in my muscle stability and overall health. Thank you Kris for helping me enjoy my workouts again!
Training with Kris has been a great experience. It is nice to workout with someone who has life experience, training, and knows how to motivate her clients. One of her specialties is helping people recover from surgeries. Kris has been instrumental in getting back into shape following both an ankle surgery and knee replacement. I wouldn't be where I am today without her assistance and dedication!
Kris has been a wonderful trainer- she is dedicated, personable & committed. No matter what level your skill, she is great at modifying exercises to make them easier or more difficult. She's great at developing a custom workout to meet your needs and accommodate any underlying physical or medical challenges. Even after working with her for months, she mixes up my routine every time to ensure I keep progressing & don't ever get bored!
Over the last two years I have been working closely with Kris to get my body back into shape.Not only did we get my body into better condition, but also improved my circulation and neuropathic pain.
